4 Elbows was retained by Gold Development after the success of Hamilton Parc to work on all the creative marketing and advertising. 48 Bond is an understated highly designed cond-op created by Deborah Berke in historic NoHo NYC. This property is in one of Manhattan's hottest neighborhoods -- combining historic charm with it's very "now" location. A wealth of dining, entertainment, cultural and recreational activities are all nearby. 4 Elbows worked with Stribling Marketing, Gold Development, DAC Bon Construction and Rubenstein PR to collaborate and ensure that all the components of this project were coordinated and produced.
